I recently came across a book, Hooked by Nir Eyal. I have also been looking at Duolingo’s gamification model. It came handy.
I have been talking to some of our users and created a mental model. Our core priority should be to help users to meditate efficiently and attain mastery.
The firebase results show that our engagement has slightly improved ever since we started daily sessions and reminders. But still there are critical churn rates.

After analyzing the engagement metrics and conducting interviews with our users and meditation experts, we uncovered four major findings that helped us to create a significant impact.
The tech complications were high, sometimes the sessions were interrupted due to the low signal quality.
There was not many meditation content on the app.
There was little or no motivation to meditate using the app.
